Hayden's 4th Birthday - Part One

Can you believe it? Hayden turned 4 years old on June 15th. My parents were gracious enough to let us have Hayden's party at their house, as they have every other year. They have this great large covered porch that is perfect for her party. This is the first year that we invited Hayden's friends to her party so we rented a princess castle bounce house.


Hayden really loved it and we could hardly get her to stop bouncing long enough to open presents.

Hayden is turning into quite the big sister, Mary is now crawling and cruising everywhere. Her favorite destination is Hayden's room. Hayden actually loves it when Mary wants to be in her room. She always asks if Mary can stay and she wants us to leave so zshe can play with her sister by herself.

Welcome Zachary Alan Lamb!!!!!

On Memorial Day, my best friend, Sarah and her husband,Justin welcomed a son, Zachary Alan Lamb. He weighed in at 7 lbs, 11 oz. and was 20.5 inches long. He is adorable and will definitely keep his big brother, Drew on his toes. I was lucky enough to be there and here are a few pictures.

Of course, his proud father was texting the good news immediately.

Mother's Day 2009

We celebrated Mother's Day with a cook-out at my parents' house. Along with my parents, my grandmother, my sister and her family were there. The kids played hard and it was nice to all be together. It doesn't happen as often as we would like.

It was hysterical to watch Addie Mae, my 2 year old niece push Hayden around.

Hayden returned the favor by giving Addie Mae a lift in the jeep.

Zoo Trip

While Jason and I were on vacation, we decided to take the girls to the zoo. We had a great time right up until the heavens opened up and the bottom fell out. Hayden and I were soaked and had to change clothes. Luckily Hayden had spare clothes in the car, but I had to buy a Nashville Zoo t-shirt to change into.

Soccer 2009

Here are a few pictures of Spring Soccer 2009. Hayden was a bit more interested this season, but by mid season, she enjoyed being around her friends, but not playing soccer. Hayden has decided that she wants to try gymnastics, so we are signing her up once a week. I will keep you posted on how that goes.
